By using this website or requesting a demo of the Xevendra platform, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company.
Xevendra is a customer experience platform that combines feedback collection, behavioral analytics, and controlled measurement of outcomes. During our current design-partner stage, access to the platform is granted individually under a separate partner agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms for any partner it covers.
You must provide accurate information when requesting a demo or signing up as a design partner, and you're responsible for activity under your account credentials once issued.
Participants in our design partner program receive early access, pricing, and support terms as set out in their individual partner agreement. Where these general terms and a signed partner agreement conflict, the partner agreement governs.
Xevendra retains all rights to the platform, its software, and its content. You retain all rights to the data you submit to the platform; we process it only to provide the service to you.
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own, and not to disclose it except as needed to provide or use the service.
The service is provided during an active design-partner phase and may change as we build it. To the extent permitted by law, Xevendra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Either party may end a design-partner relationship as set out in the partner agreement. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these terms or puts other users' data at risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
Questions about these terms can be sent to privacy@xevendra.com or through our LinkedIn page.
